In this busy age, I don’t need to tell you how important it is to have enough rest and adequate sleep. But thanks to the internet and TV addictions, most people don’t.  And by the time to decide to have good bedtime ritual and a sound sleep, you realise that the toughest thing in the world is to fall asleep early.

So here are some healthy bedtime rituals for the next 30 days, which can help you establish a better routine and good sleep.
