The internet can give you hundreds of reasons to drink water. We all know that we should drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. But here’s the sad truth.
We never do it.
That’s why I encourage you to take this challenge and get yourself well hydrated. If you are in doubt, or if you have any medical complications, please check with your physician before taking this challenge.
What to do:
Drink a glass of water after waking up in the morning, 30 minutes before breakfast, one hour after breakfast, one hour before lunch, during tea time, 30 minutes before dinner and just before going to bed.
*Please note that coffee, tea, juices & fruits do have some water content in them. So keep a check on how much water you are consuming. Also, water poisoning is a real thing, so don’t just drink all the water at a time. It’s essential that you sip water at regular intervals rather than flooding your body with a gallon of water.
