The unfortunate thing is that most people today think Yoga is just some twisty poses. Nothing could be further from the truth.
Yoga is the harmony between the mind, body and soul. I have seen loads of Yoga routines on the internet which simply suggest a bunch of poses to do every day. But I wanted this 30 day Yoga challenge to be different and authentic.
Our challenge will be a beautiful blend of simple sun salutations and pranayama (or breathing exercises) as a daily routine. You can also follow up with a few minutes of meditation (which is absolutely recommended, by the way.)
