Daily Exercise: Do you know that our brain responds very differently after an exercise/a walk. Here’s what exercise can do:

Journaling:  The new age guru, Robin Sharma recommends journaling in almost 90% of his books  He isn’t the only one. Research also supports that. Here’s what Journaling can do:

Gratitude: Gratitude, where can I start! It is considered almost like a magic pill to happiness health & overall well being. Hell, I even have a separate Gratitude Challenge here. Here’s how gratitude can help:

  • Reduce negative thoughts.
